Who Is Sadhguru?

The Isha Yoga Center

The center houses the architecturally designed Spanda Hall and Garden, a 64,000 square meter meditation hall and a program facility that hosts many residential programs for various groups. The yoga center contains the Dhyanalinga, a unique and powerful form of energy located beneath a 250,000 pillarless brick dome, and Theerthakund, a sacred subterranean body of water. Each week as well as thousands of people at this safe meditation center to search for inner peace and well-being.The Yoga Center is also home to the Isha Rejuvenation Center and the Isha Home School. The on-site Vanaprastha accommodation is designed to give family members the opportunity to volunteer at the center.A large residential complex hosts an active international community of brahmacharies, full-time volunteers, guests and visitors, making it a vibrant center of activity and an optimal environment in which to develop one's vision.
